Dr. Charlotte Denenberg has more than 25 years of senior-level telecommunications industry experience. Most recently she was Vice President, Optical Infrastructure at Metromedia Fiber Network, where she was responsible for planning, implementation and evolution of the company's long haul fiber optic network, including network expansion, quality assurance, vendors, technologies and service offerings. Prior to that, she was with Southern New England Telephone Company (SNET) for 11 years, most recently as Vice-President - Network Technology and Chief Technology Officer. Responsible for planning SNET's network evolution, she oversaw all network-related technology assessment and directed the planning for SNET's network and its associated support systems.

Dr. Denenberg also held various leadership positions at ITT Corporation including Director of Technology Evaluation and Support. Prior to that, she spent four years with the former AT&T Bell Labs, now part of Lucent Technologies. Dr. Denenberg has a Ph.D. and MS, Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology and BA, Psychology and Mathematics from Northwestern University.
